The jeans are too short and they said it was elastic the waistband and there’s no adjustable waistband. so I will be sending them back to get a refund.
Hi Shalese, we’re very sorry for the confusion and apologize for the inconvenience. The adjustable elastic bands are included in our little kids’ sizes 2–7. The size 12 you ordered is considered a big kids’ size, and those come with standard belt loops rather than the adjustable elastic bands.

I still haven’t received them
Hi Barber87, we’re sorry to hear you haven’t been able to locate your package. We checked the tracking, and USPS shows your order was delivered in/at the mailbox in Lathrop, CA on September 23 at 11:32 AM.
We recommend checking with anyone in the household, nearby neighbors, your mailbox/parcel area, and any available security cameras. Since USPS has confirmed the package as delivered, you can also contact your local post office directly for additional delivery information. The shipment was insured through USPS, so a claim can also be opened with them if the package cannot be located.
