For these body charts: measure around the fullest part of the chest and hips, and the narrowest part of the waist. Keep the tape level without pulling tight. Kids' height is measured standing.

For an individual item: compare a similar garment laid flat. Chest width is armpit to armpit; an inseam follows the inside leg from crotch seam to hem. Follow the product's stated starting point for top and sleeve lengths.
